Because many of us like our drinks to be extra refreshing, our new Freixenet ICE edition has been especially created to be enjoyed in a lovely big glass over great chunks of ice or mixed with your choice of extra flavours to enhance its intensity. Our winemakers have enriched our blend of classic Cordón Negro grapes with Chardonnay to make it more intense and balance the chill of the ice.
Fine bubbles combined with a nose of peaches, ripe pears, flowers and nuances of tropical fruits. The palate is creamy yet sweet with a long finish.

The immense popularity of Freixenet ICE now joins the rise of the Rosé. The new Freixenet ICE Rosé has been specially blended to be enjoyed in a large glass over big ice cubes or mixed it with your own choice of extra flavours to enhance its intensity. To create Freixenet ICE ROSÉ we have selected two of the finest red grape varieties – Garnacha and Pinot Noir. Garnacha delivers a touch of spice and ripe red fruit, while Pinot Noir brings freshness, acidity and flavours of woodland fruits. The touch of Chardonnay makes the wine more intense and balances the chill of the ice.
Intense aromas of woodland fruits, raspberries, sloes and strawberries. These fruits dominate the palate, but there are also flavours of aniseed and spices. The finish is refreshing, elegant and rich.

CORDON NEGRO CAVA
This is the world’s favourite Spanish sparkling wine and is known for its beautiful and sexy black bottle. Its fresh, crisp and fruity aroma goes with just about everything and magically makes every moment just that bit more special.
So how does Freixenet Cordon Negro taste? It’s a light, modern Cava with a very refreshing style and lots of bubbles that really last. When you taste it, you’ll pick up hints of citrus fruit and an aroma that reminds you of both apple and pear as well as peach, melon and pineapple.
Brut is a crisp, clean, very dry wine, containing almost no sugar. It tastes great with most foods, but try this Brut with Asian cuisine.

CORDON ROSADO CAVA
Rosado is our Spanish word for Rosé and is the cava for those of you who like their sparklers soft, smooth and … pink!
So what is this pink sparkler like? To look at, it is bright strawberry in colour with plenty of bubbles, which create a lovely white crown at the top of your glass. It has a delicious aroma of flowers and red fruits, with hints of the more exotic grenadine, dried figs and dates. And in the mouth, it delivers a fresh, light and soft taste of red fruits.
We make our Cordon Rosado in three levels of sweetness: Brut, Dry and Medium Dry. Brut is the driest with a low sugar dosage and spicy, smooth taste. Both Dry and Medium Dry offer sweeter tastes. This is a lovely sparkling wine to have with poultry, pork and lighter desserts.

This golden frosted bottle just seems tailor-made for celebration. It is a classic Cava and the perfect introduction to one of the world’s most popular sparkling wine regions.
So how does our golden Cava taste? Held up to the nose, your glass of Carta Nevada will give off an aroma that’s flowery with just a touch of apple and citrus fruit. And in the mouth you’ll taste a wine that’s fresh, bubbly and slightly floral.
Freixenet Carta Nevada is available in three levels of sweetness: Brut, Extra Dry and Semi Seco. Brut is the driest in taste with almost no sugar and is Freixenet’s fruitiest Brut. It makes an ideal companion for poultry and pork. The Semi Seco is our bridge between dry and sweet. It makes a great aperitif or dessert wine.

VINTAGE RESERVA CAVA 2014
This is a high quality cava, much appreciated by lovers of unsweetened cavas, for its optimal degree of ageing, and the balance achieved between acidity and body.
Pale yellow in colour, with some touches of green. There is a fine, abundant, persistent mousse, which rises quickly in the glass to form a good crown. The nose is refreshing and appealing, with fruity notes and a nice citrus backdrop. Very lively on the palate, full of complex flavours, but well balanced by a fine, integrated sparkle in a most agreeable finish.

ALCOHOL-FREE LEGERO SPARKLING
In 2011 we launched our first alcohol free sparkling drink after two years of technical and market research and winemaking trials. In 2016 we have renewed not just the presentation but the taste of this product. We have done many tests and many tastings to find the perfect updated profile for an innovative product in a growing market.
The colour is pale bright yellow with persistent bubbles. On the nose there are refreshing tropical notes and elegant citrus hints. On the palate it is lively, fruity, and especially refreshing. It fills the mouth, and expresses the good quality of the base wine. The very well balanced acidity and the medium size bubbles produce a very pleasant mouth feel.

Our Cordon Negro is made by blending three local grapes: the Macabeo, Xarel.lo and Parellada. They are all handpicked and pressed in our winery in Sant Sadurní where, after ten days, the first fermentation is completed. The juice is then clarified, blended, bottled and stored deep in our cellars where, after 10-14 months, a secondary fermentation and full maturity are reached.
Cordon Rosado is blended from two grape varieties – Trepat and Garnacha. The Trepat is chosen because of its powerful aroma and is quite rare to find in our Catalunya region. Like all our Cavas, this sparkling wine undergoes two fermentations – the first after about twelve days in temperature-controlled tanks and the second during its 12-18 months maturing period in the cellar-stored bottles.
Our Carta Nevada is made with the three famous Cava grapes: Macabeo, Xarel.lo and Paradella. The fruit is harvested by hand between August and October and then pressed pneumatically to obtain the juice, which ferments in tanks after 10-15 days. This liquid is then clarified, blended, bottled and stored in cellars under the Sant Sadurni winery for up to 14 months.
The Elyssia Gran Cuvée Brut combines traditional Macabeo and Parellada cava grapes with international favourites Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
Elyssia Pinot Noir Brut takes the classic Pinot Noir grape and adds a touch of Trepat to create a distinctive new pink sparkling Rosado.
